Raw Banana Vada

Today we will see Raw Banana Vada.It is a simple snack made with plantain or raw banana with some simple ingredients. Raw Banana Vada is a unique vada recipe that is healthy and tasty. It's unique because we won't boil banana here , we will grate it.Lets see the recipe..

INGREDIENTS:
Serves : 3● Banana - 1
● Carrot- 1
● Cabbage - 1/4 cup
● Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
● Jeera powder - 1 tsp
● Chilli powder-1 tsp
● Garam masala - 1tsp
● Aamchur powder- 1/2 tsp
● Maida - 1/4 cup
● Rice flour -1/4 cup
● Salt - to taste
METHOD:
● First peel raw banana skin, in a grater Grate the banana.
● Take a mixing bowl add grated banana, carrots, Cabbage, turmeric powder, jeera powder , Garammasala powder, Aamchur powder, salt mix well..Then add maida flour and rice flour ..make a dough by adding little water...
● Then divide the dough into equal size balls. Flatten balls and make vada shape.you can make any shapes which you desire.
● Heat enough oil in a pan then put raw banan vada & deep fry till golden brown & crisp on medium hot oil.
● Once its ready take it out & drain on absorbent paper.
● Serve hot with tomato sauce, chilli sauce or green chutney.
