Raw Banana Vada

 Hello Namaste,

Today we will see Raw Banana Vada.It is a simple snack made with plantain or raw banana with some simple ingredients. Raw Banana Vada  is a unique vada recipe that is healthy and tasty. It's unique because we won't boil banana here , we will grate it.

INGREDIENTS:

Serves : 3

Banana - 1
Carrot- 1
Cabbage  - 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Jeera powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Garam masala - 1tsp
Aamchur powder- 1/2 tsp
Maida - 1/4 cup
Rice flour -1/4 cup
Salt - to taste

METHOD:

First peel raw banana skin, in a grater             Grate the banana.

Take a mixing bowl add grated banana,           carrots, Cabbage, turmeric powder,  jeera       powder , Garammasala powder,  Aamchur       powder,  salt mix well..Then add maida           flour and rice flour ..make a dough by              adding little water...

Then divide the dough into equal size balls.     Flatten balls and make vada shape.you can     make any shapes which you desire.

Heat enough oil in a pan then put raw             banan vada & deep fry till golden brown &     crisp on medium hot oil.

Once its ready take it out & drain on                  absorbent paper.

Serve hot with tomato sauce, chilli sauce or      green chutney.
