Corn Cheese Balls Recipe

 cheese balls are an ideal kids snack recipe. There are many variations to do this snack, but I have made it on Appe Pan but you can deep fry as per your liking.



Ingredients:
Makes 15 balls

3  Boiled & mashed potatoes
1  boiled and chopped sweet corn
1 tsp Salt
1/2  Tsp black pepper powder
1/2  Tsp oregano
1/2  Tsp chilli Flakes
6 Tbsp bread crumbs
processed Cheese
Ghee for frying

 METHOD:

• firstly, in a large bowl take  sweet corn and smashed boiled potato.

•  add  2 tsp breadcrumbs, 1 tsp oregano,  1/4 tsp chilli flakes, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, 1 tsp Garlic powder , 1 tdp salt.

• mix well, make sure to mash and combine well forming a dough.

• pinch a ball sized mixture and flatten slightly.

• place a small cube cheese in centre and secure well.

• roll to form a smooth ball.

•  roll in  bread crumbs.

• Heat the appe pan, add ghee and place all the balls into the appe pan.

• Cook on medium flame, until cheese balls cooked well.

• finally, enjoy corn cheese balls with chilli sauce or tomato sauce.
